How do I create my first dance video?

1. Open BoogieBox and select a dance category
2. Pick a dance template you like
3. Upload a clear photo (face visible, good lighting)
4. Optionally select background music
5. Tap "Generate" and wait ~2-3 minutes
6. Watch, save, and share your dance video!
What makes a good photo for best results?

For best results, use a photo with:
• Clear, front-facing view of your face
• Good lighting (avoid harsh shadows)
• Neutral expression or slight smile
• High resolution (not blurry)
• No sunglasses or face coverings
The clearer your photo, the better the AI can work its magic!
Where are my videos saved?

When you generate a video:
• It's automatically saved to the "My Dances" gallery in the app
• Videos are stored locally on YOUR device
• You can save to your device's Photos app anytime
• Share directly to social media from the app
Your videos stay on your device and are accessible offline!
💳 Subscription & Credits
How does the credits system work?

BoogieBox Pro:
• You receive weekly credits with your subscription
• Each video generation uses credits from your balance
• Credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC
• Check your remaining credits in the app settings
Unused credits don't carry over to the next week, so dance away!
What subscription plans are available?

We offer two subscription options:
Weekly: Perfect for trying out BoogieBox or occasional use
Yearly: Best value - save significantly compared to weekly billing
Both plans include weekly credits for video generation and access to all dance templates.
When do my credits reset?

Your credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC (midnight). You can check your remaining credits and reset time in the app's settings or on the home screen. Make sure to use your credits before the reset!
How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find BoogieBox and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
How do I restore my purchases?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, your subscription should restore automatically. If not:
1. Open BoogieBox
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap Restore Purchases
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
🔧 Troubleshooting
The video generation is taking too long. What should I do?

Video generation typically takes 2-3 minutes. If it's taking longer:
• Check your internet connection
• The AI servers might be busy - please be patient
• Try with a different, clearer photo
• Close and reopen the app
If the generation fails, your credits will not be deducted. Contact us at hello@boogiebox.org if issues persist.
The result doesn't look right. Why?

AI results can vary based on photo quality. For better results:
• Use a clear, well-lit photo
• Make sure your face is clearly visible (no obstructions)
• Try different photos to see which works best
• Front-facing photos with neutral expressions work best
Remember: AI technology is constantly improving, and results may vary!
What happens to my photos?

We take your privacy seriously:
• Your photos are sent directly to our AI provider for processing
• We do NOT store your photos on our servers
• Photos are processed and immediately discarded by the AI
• Generated videos are saved locally on YOUR device only
• We never share your images with third parties

Can I use BoogieBox offline?

Video generation requires an internet connection since our AI processes in the cloud. However, once generated, your videos are saved locally and can be viewed offline in the "My Dances" gallery. You can also save them to your device's Photos app for permanent offline access.
