How do I create my first dance video?

1. Open BoogieBox and browse the dance categories
2. Select a dance template you like

What makes a good photo for best results?

For best results, use a photo with:
• Clear, front-facing view of your face
• Good lighting (avoid harsh shadows)
• Neutral expression or slight smile
• High resolution (not blurry)
• No sunglasses or face coverings
The clearer your photo, the better the AI can work its magic!
Where are my videos saved?

When you generate a video:
• It's automatically saved to the "My Dances" gallery in the app
• Videos are stored locally on YOUR device
• You can save to your device's Photos app anytime
• Share directly to social media from the app
Your videos stay on your device and are accessible offline!

How does the credits system work?

BoogieBox Pro:
• You receive 900 credits every week
• Each video generation costs 300 credits (3 videos per week)
• Credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC
• Check your remaining credits in Settings
Unused credits don't carry over to the next week, so dance away!
What subscription plans are available?

We offer two subscription options:
Weekly: Perfect for trying out BoogieBox or casual users
Yearly: Best value - save significantly compared to weekly billing
Both plans include 900 credits per week (3 video generations) and access to all dance templates.
When do my credits reset?

Your 900 weekly credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Check your Settings to see how many credits you have remaining and when they'll reset. Unused credits don't carry over to the next week.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find BoogieBox and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
How do I request a refund?

Refunds are managed directly through your Apple account. Please log in to your Apple account and follow the instructions provided by Apple to request a refund.
How do I restore my purchases?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, you can restore your subscription:
1. Open BoogieBox
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap Restore Purchases
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
🔧 Troubleshooting
The video generation is taking too long. What should I do?

AI video generation can take up to 30 minutes. If it's taking longer:
• Check your internet connection
• Try with a smaller/lower resolution photo
• The AI servers might be busy - please be patient
• Close and reopen the app

The generated video doesn't look right. Why?

AI results can vary. For better results:
• Use clear, well-lit photos
• Make sure your face is clearly visible
• Try different photos to see which works best
• Front-facing photos with neutral expressions work best
Remember: AI is creative and results may vary!
Can I generate another video while one is processing?

No, you can only have one video generating at a time. Please wait for your current generation to complete before starting a new one. You can close the app and come back - your video will continue processing in the background.
What happens to my photos?

When you create a video:
• Your photo is sent to our third-party AI service provider for processing
• The AI processes the image and generates the dance video
• Generated videos are saved locally on YOUR device only
• Your in-app gallery is stored locally, not on our servers
• Our AI provider may temporarily store images during processing
